Outlook 2.0 Contact Filter

I've d/l and installed the Outlook 2.0 Beta and am mostly using it successfully. When I use the Outlook 2.0 contact filter 'company salesrep=me' I get 165 records. When I go into NS, use advanced search, choose 'contact' & 'sales Rep=me' I get 1491 records.  I would think that these two searches would give me the same number of records (1491 is correct).

When I choose another sales rep in the Outlook 2.0 'company sales rep=other user', I get zero records, which is incorrect.

Ideas?
