Entity Search not working... Help please

HI,
We have a search for working out the conversion rate as follows;

SUM(CASE WHEN {entitystatus} = 'Closed Won' THEN 1 END) / SUM(CASE WHEN {stage} = 'Lead' THEN 1 WHEN {stage} = 'Prospect' THEN 1 WHEN {stage} = 'Customer' THEN 1 END)

Its not very elegant, but it does work... or rather it did.

Since the upgrade the search has stopped working. Any deas why would be appreciated. I assume it is to do with the new CRM features...
