Cursor jumping to the Item box in sales orders.
We work in a frantic tele sales office and when we are putting sales order on our system we find that the cursor jumps from the customer box to the item box. Then we click the customer box and it jumps back and finally when we click it a third time it will stay and allow us to input the customer name.
This is quite frustrating as often we have started to type the customer name into the item box which then does a dynamic search and it is a mess, meanwhile the customer is rattling off a part number and we a=have not even managed to get into the customers account!
