From Email not working in 2010.1

We were upgraded to the new release this weekend and the [from email address] that is entered under each user's preferences is no longer working. 

We had ours set up so that any responses from customer's would be delivered to a central email address and now they are being delivered to each user's individual email address.    This is a headache for our customer service team because we have reps that work different shifts and a customer's email will not be responded to until they are back on shift.

Any word from Netsuite on when this will be fixed?
