New Appearance / Scroll Bar

Is anyone else experiencing their screen is very spread out, specifically on item records.  You have to scroll over to see the pricing on the items?  It takes twice as long to do anything because you have to scroll way to the right to see everything.

Is there a setting that I can change to get it back to what it was before?

Any help is appreciated.
