Can't fullfill orders since upgrade

Any one else having trouble fullfilling orders since being upgraded?

When we go to fullfill an order we get the following error message:
Number of the characters of the string in this field cannot exceed 15

It appears to be related to the insured value or C.O.D amount which have values like this: 15.888880000001111111
