Forms - Testing URL

Does anyone know how I can take our online forms and put them into a testing URL?

We had some custom work done for our website and it puts data right into our Netsuite account.  The URL is in the form of https://forms.netsuite.com/xxxxxx.  To move to a testing environment and ensure it works in the Release Preview what URL should be the new one?  https://forms.na1.beta.netsuite.com does not exist and I could not easily find this information.

This is the first time we are in need to test this out.
