Sales Order Header keeps resizing

Hello-
Since our upgrade, the header on the sales order form continuously tries to expand.  It moves 1/4" to the right on the screen every few seconds.  Within a minute the entire right column of header information has moved off the screen.  As far as I can tell, it never stops moving until the sales order is saved.  It appears to only happen on a new (not a saved) sales order.

Any ideas??
