Online Shipping Estimate Prices Commercial Rates

Not sure if this is something new, or I have just missed this one for some time.  When you use the "Estimate Shipping" option on the Shopping Cart, it prices out Commercial rates with UPS.  So, when the client finishes their order, they get the Residential rate and feel they have been "baited".  I have to agree, we would like the Shipping Estimate to price our residential just to be safe.  Has anyone addressed this yet?
