Kit Item printing on picking ticket
We use kit items when customers want to order casepacks of our items instead of individual pieces. In setting this up - we found the option in Setup|Accounting|Set up accounting|Ordering/Shipping to Always Print Kit Items on Picking Tickets and have checked this box. However, in addition to printing the items that make up the kit (kit components) on the Picking Ticket - it is also printing the kit item itself. I feel this will be confusing to my warehouse staff and could result in overshipments. Is there anyway to not show the kit item on the Picking Ticket?
