International Shipments w/UPS Intergration

We are having difficulties shipping international orders using UPS integration with NS.

Can anyone recommend a consultant who is conversant with configuring this in NS? Or has anyone been able to find any worthwhile information from NS on the topic? I can not find any detailed documentation on setting this feature up in NS help.
