Fulfillment emails How do I get them stopped?

I am now getting the understanding that Netsuite is sending a bunch of emails out unbeknowst to me. 

I got one back from a customer today, and it seemed to be announcing to him that the fulfillment on a sales order had been completed.  (In our business this is useless information, we just do it, to issue an invoice)

The kicker is that we got all our items set up incorrectly.  I am working as fast as I can, to get items changed to the proper classification and redo all the transactions since January.   So I am fulfilling a ton of transactions that are done and complete.  If Netsuite is sending out emails every time I do a fix I am looking  - all I can think of is like an idiot!
