International Shipments using FedEx Integration

Oh please someone help!
The FedEx integration label prints the "invoice" value of the package and on the commercial invoice.  This is causing major problems.  Customs is holding packages over $1000 for a POA and will be costing our customers mega bucks.  The amount on a commercial invoice is supposed to be the replacement value--but there's no place for that to come out of NetSuite--that I know of anyway.
Anyone experienced in NetSuite FedEx Integration and International shipments?  PLEASE help!!!!:eek:
