Change UPS account info

My first post, so be gentle.

All,

NS Ver: 11.0.6
We need to change the UPS Account Number, and we are having a problem.

When I enter the new number, I get the message "The selected location is already in use by another UPS Account Number. Please choose another location for this UPS registration."

Does anyone know were the instructions to change an UPS account number are located? Or does anyone know how to do this?
