FedEx Notice: Ground shipments may require additional day in transit to your zipcode

Trying to fulfilled an order today and received this notice.  Apparently the zipcode I am shipping to is causing this?

Looks like the type of error that I acknowledge by just clicking ok, but after this notice all I can do is go back to a reset Item Fulfillment page.  Anybody also have this problem?

Any help would be great.
