Big Bugs that are killing me

We went live at 3/9/2007, it's like a chaos.
All orders have multiple locations are having problems. ie. One order has 5 lines from Melbourne, 4 lines from Brisbane, 3 lines from Perth.
1. I have restricted the warehouse role to his own location only. Still in Brisbane, after I print the picking ticket for my warehouse, I can print the picking ticket for Melbourne warehouse and Perth warehouse too.
2. If Brisbane print three picking ticket, Melbourne and Perth can not see the picking ticket anymore.
3. After I fulfill my part in my warehouse, I can still see this order in the fulfillment screen because the other warehouse hasn't finished fulfilment.
