Issue with Orders Pending Approval

Hello,
I am new to Netsuite, and so far not terribly impressed.  I am using the limited version.  I received my first order today and the customer paid via paypal.  When I view the sales order within Netsuite, the status says that it is 'Pending Approval'.  I go to the Approve Sales Order section, and with no filters set at all, I am not seeing the order and I cannot figure out how to approve the order.  Does anyone know what step I am missing?
