HELP! Picking Tickets Being Printed Twice!
After being upgraded to v2008.2 this past weekend we are noticing this problem. Whenever a sales order is edited, it is showing up under the print picking tickets screen. We have always had the box to 'allow reprinting' UNCHECKED.
We're really struggling with this because if a customer calls to change their shipping method then their sales order gets put back in the queue to be printed. If someone doesn't catch it, then we'll end up picking and packing that order twice.
NetSuite's documentation for 2008.2 contains nothing whatsoever pertaining to changes in how the picking tickets page works, so I'm wondering if it's a problem that's isolated to our company, by design or what? Can someone from NS verify if this is an undocumented change in 2008.2? Or tell us what preference needs to be changed, if possible?
