Duplicate Item Fulfillments...

Hi there.

We are having a problem when, fulfilling an order, NetSuite will allow us to duplicate the item fulfillment.  It seems to happen whenever our internet, or NetSuites servers, are running slow.  This creates a major problem for us.  The item fulfillments are the only records that ever get duplicated, so somehow, quotes, purchase orders, opportunities, etc. don't.

Any ideas?
