Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Fulfilling sales orders from multiple locations (and other messy things)
We're a non-profit and we have a bit of an issue with fulfilling sales orders. We use sales orders in two different ways.
The first is for our medical warehouse where we refurbish medical equipment and ship the stuff to hospitals overseas. In this case we use Netsuite normally (more or less) and go through the fulfillment process for a particular container. That all works fine as all the inventory items (wheelchairs, x-ray machines etc.) have the warehouse as a location.
In scenario two, we also collect donations for child sponsorship, projects, gift guide items (pigs, goats etc) for various countries around the world. Each of these items used to have a location set to the country that the item was from.
