How to make delivery signature required for FedEx non-home delivery

Does anyone know how to indicate that a signature is required for FedEx delivery if the package is not going to a residential address?  Under Fulfill Orders, on the Shipping tab I see a checkbox for FedEx Signature Home Delivery.  I tried checkmarking it for non-home delivery shipping, but NetSuite gave errors.  What do I need to do to require a signature on shipping methods besides Home Delivery?
