Shipping Cost "Calculate" Button not Working

We have FedEx integrated shipping in NetSuite turned on. We are typically able to calculate shipping costs for our sales orders and item fulfillment transactions by clicking on the "Calculate" button.

Since this morning, we have been getting the error below and unable to proceed with the integrated shipping.

"Could not calculate cost of the selected Realtime rate. The rate for this service is not available for the specified source and destination addresses".

We have tested out a number of addresses but keep getting this error.

Does anyone have a similar issue or a solution?
