We've been facing a very unusual issue that we first started dealing with about 2 months ago.  We have some orders that go through the Fulfillment process, get assigned a tracking number, and appear to have shipped when you look at them in Netsuite...unfortunately, the packing slip never printed out in our Warehouse, so the order was never picked, and thus, never actually shipped.  It wouldn't be much of an issue if we knew this right away; however, we don't become aware of the situation until the customer calls a few days later wondering where their package is, or why
