Product UPC Bar Code vs Master Carton Bar Code

Greetings,

Is anyone using bar coding when shipping master cartons of products and not just individual product?  Say ship 1 carton which contains 2ea of product XYZ. 
How do you do it with Netsuite only supporting 1 UPC Code per item number?
