2-part question on Shipping vendors and NetSuite Integration

Hello,
We are just rolling out NetSuite, trying to get it all aligned.  We are also a fairly low-volume shipper, under 100 packages per day right now but growing at a good clip....

We want to streamline our process and lower our costs, so i am looking for ideas on best shippers, or shipping aggregators, or ??, and if that entity has a tight NetSuite integration.  

Any advice?
