UPS SurePost

The post titled "UPS SurePost" from 2013 was closed.  So, I started this new one with the exact same name.

We added UPS SurePost with our UPS account rep.  It now shows up in our WorldShip.  What do we have to do to make it now show in NetSuite?  I tried creating a new shipping item, but I couldn't link it to real-time rates because SurePost was not an available option.
