Add a generic shipping carrier for customer pickups?

I know that NetSuite has limited shipping options, especially in Canada.  Does anyone know of a way to add an option that would allow us to add a customer pickup option?  Right now we've added customer pickup under "FedEx" with a zero charge. It's confusing for warehouse people when the customer is supposed to pick up the order but the picking list says "Fedex" on it.

Any way around this?  We just want to add a generic, zero cost shipping carrier.
