Do you use native NetSuite Shipping / Label integration?

Hi all - I have been using NetSuite at our company for about 11 months, and we have used OzLink from the get-go. However, we are evaluating our need for them. Does anyone here simply use basic NetSuite shipping / label integration? If so, what shortcomings do you see from it? What do you wish it could do? We would specifically need to leverage the third-party shipping integration features, and we also use a scale to weigh packages (which OzLink currently writes into the carrier software).

Any insight at all would be helpful!
