Sales order with Item Fulfillment marked picked/packed loses committment
We regularly see this situation:
1.) Sales Order 123 has 50 units of item X committed
2.) Fulfillment is created with 50 units of item X marked Picked (or Packed)
3.) Something happens that causes Sales Order 123 to lose the commitment of item X. The 50 units get committed to other sales orders. So the line for Item X on Sales Order 123 shows 0 committed, 50 picked.
4.) We did not manually reallocate Item X.
My guess is a business process we do is causing this. NetSuite support has been unable to tell us what process would result in the commitment changing, and since system information is not granular enough to log changes in commitment, this is very hard to troubleshoot.
