Anyone get the ZPL file to print from a BAT file? Microsoft does not want to allow it?

Hi All, trying to get the ZPL files to print via BAT file for printing the FedEx labels. We removed Groove, but seems Microsoft does not want to save the ZPL file association to run w/the label.bat? Anyone find a way around this? Thanks.
