Leads don't show up in customer aging history
I am trying to run the Customer aging report to see the average amount of time that our contacts spend at each status; Lead-unqualified, Prospect-qualified, Prospect agreement etc. For some reason, there are a few hundred leads that are showing up in the prospect column. Any ideas as to why this would happen?
I recently revamped all of the statuses to more accurately reflect our sales cycle, but don't see anything that would cause this discrepancy. The other lead reports I run seem to work fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.
