Churn rate formulas
I'm trying to come up with a saved search that will return the churn rate for years 2002-2007. I could really use some help with the formulas. I suspect that this would be useful information for many Netsuite users.
For the purposes of this search, I'll define churn (for year 2007) as the percentage of customers that made purchases in 2006 and did not make purchases in 2007.
I don't mind hard coding each line (one for each year).
Here's kind of what I had in mind:
Year | Total Customers | New Customers | Repeat Customers | Lost Customers | Churn Rate
Year
Total: Count of Purchase Dates in 2007
