Audit Trail - Employee tracking

Hello All,

We have run into a requirement where we want to perform an audit on an Employee's activities.

When I try to look at the audit trail for the employee I can only see items that has been CREATED, CHANGED or DELETED.

I am interested to know the activities that they have done, such as running reports on the database.

Is there a way to view activity such as this?  I am really focused on the searches as I want to ensure employees are not exporting our customer base.
