Saved Search - on Updated fields - where is the case type?
I an trying to create a saved search that will email our support manager when the case type field is updated. \
I see every case field (some of them like Priority and end date actually appear twice) in the drop down list on the 'Email->Updated Fields' list but there is no field for me to select from called 'Case Type' or 'Type'.
What am I doing wrong? Any help would be most appreciated!
