Item Saved Search - Internal ID

I have the preference 'show internal id's' turned on in my role because i absolutely need it, however, I have one saved search that sends me a scheduled email that i have configured to auto upload to a server.  The columns and the formatting of the saved search results have to fit a specific criteria so I cant have the column 'internal id' in the results.  Is there away to restrict this column for displaying other than turning off the preference?
