Stop repeating results in a saved search, plus one other problem.

I just created a search to view customer credit card #'S in open sales Orders.
It has worked pretty well except for two problems I have.

A)
Firstly, I want to stop the duplicate results in the searches
Is there away to "stop duplicate results"
For some reason it show about 4 or 5 of the same record, and I don't know why.


Also, I am tring to filter my results by class. The two classes I have in place are Wholesale and Retail
The 'class' I am trying to filter is my 'Retail' customers, which all come from our website.
I thought I had designed the site to categorize all new web customer records as "Retail",
