search on a custom field
I have a custom field that I created on customer records, that also shows on transactions (the info from the customer record transfers over). It is a long text field. When I try to search on this field with the criteria of "not empty", it still shows all transactions, even the ones where there is nothing in the field. Any ideas on how to fix this?
