Searches - IF statement as a Result column

I'm trying to setup a fairly simple (or at least I think) Result column in an Item search.

Basically, I want a column that says IF Availability is greater than 10, display a 1, ELSE display a 0.

A pretty basic logic statement. I understand how to add a formula / result column in a Search, but I am having trouble constructing the correct statements to make the formula.

Can anyone help!?
