Physical Inventory Worksheet

I'm currently using the 'Physical Inventory Worksheet' to get the stock level at a specific day.

When you give it an 'As Of' date is the "Physical Inventory Worksheet" taking the stock level at the end or the beginning of the day?

IE: If I want stock levels for the end of June, should I really be asking it for 1st July?
