Sales Orders taken by order taker

We have several sales people here.  All of them have targeted accounts but all of them will take orders from each others customers.  They don't get credit for it but it is good customer service.  So what I'm trying to figure out is how many orders is each rep actually putting in the system.  Any ideas?
