We like to email links to report or search results to our users instead of sending an attachment or the results actually in the email. This helps keep the size of emails down since the user can easily click the link and keep the reports in NetSuite. 

Our issue is that almost all of our users have multiple roles; a custom Full Access role depending on their dept./position and the Employee Center role.  If the user has the Employee Center role set as their preferred role for login then they receive an error because they don't have permission to view the results; this is how it should be because the EC role should have permissions to view Sales or Transaction data.  But we feel that since the users have another role that
