how to determine if sales order line item is the only line item on the sales order

I have a report that lists sales order line items that meet a specific criteria.

The report contains line items from many different sales orders.

I would like to add a column that determines if each line item is the only line item that exists on that sales order or not

What would be the best way to do that?
