Track emails generated by template?

I've had a request to create a report or saved search that tracks all emails from Netsuite that have been generated based on a specific template stored in Netsuite.  I need to know what companies received this email, who sent it and when it was generated. I see where the template picklist is used to present the template to the user to be edited before the email is sent out, but I don't see where the template name and its usage is stored in the database where it can be tracked and reported on.

Hope this makes sense...does anyone know of a way to do this?
