Sales by customer by Item by Ship to Address

I've been trying to create a report for sales in 2017 that includes columns for customer, item, ship to address, quantity and amount. Anyone knows to do it? I've tried to customize the Sale by Item Summary Report and the Sale by Customer Report but it didn't work.
