Error trying to update supportIncident: 'Your connection has timed out.'
Hi there,
I'm getting this error since a couple of days ago when trying to update any case information, in any case:
"com.netledger.dto.v2_0.faults.InvalidSessionFault: Your connection has timed out. Please log in again."
I'm sure it's not a session timeout; I logged less than 5 minutes before the update attempt.
Any clues on what might be happening? Have somebody experienced this before? I'm using .NET.
