Payments not assigning to locations
We have an Administrator Web Services Role that create payments for numerous locations and applies that payment against open invoices. Unfortunately, the location field on the payments does not show up.
When we try to specify the location when creating each payment using the Administrator role, we encounter the following error

<ns4:message>You do not have permissions to set a value for element location due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.</ns4:message>
