Sales Order Addresses and Web Services 2008_2

I have seen some posts stating that Sales order addresses will be available "fielded" rather than the concatenated field shipAddress.  Is this done in the latest version of web services?  I cannot seem to figure it out.  A code example (C#) would be greatly appreciated.  (I want to avoid parsing shipaddress if I can.)  Thanks.
