PHP toolkit jumpstart, download an invoice

I have downloaded the PHP toolkit, set it up and can successfully log in. Great!
Now I want to be able to query Netsuite for an invoice number and return the details of the invoice.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this? I am new to Netsuite so any hints and tips would be much appreciated.

Even better does someone have example PHP code that does this (or something similar)?
