Country list internal id's

I have a custom record with a Custom field that list all the Countries..
Type - List/Record
List/Record - Country

When I create this custom record via Web Services, how do I set the Country? When I set the internal id as 37, it set the country as Canada. But I am not sure how to get the internal id for the rest of the countries.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
