EFT on Customer Record

Is it possible to update the EFT list on a customer through web services?

I want to be able to tie EFT information to a customer so that the customer can pay for a sales order via EFT.

And more specificly, is it possible to do in v2009.2 of the web services?

If it is not possible in 2009.2 or any other version of the WSDLs, how are EFT sales orders handled via web services?
